1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ge44 platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the ge44 website, registering an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

This document is written in English for players in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. ge44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on ge44, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Maintain only one account; multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the ge44 support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

ge44 may request documents to verify an account holder's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Closure

ge44 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, operating multiple accounts, or any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ge44 currently supports the following payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification or risk assessment is required. ge44 may request additional verification documents if necessary.

3.3 Withdrawal Cancellation & Rejection

ge44 may reject a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, identity verification is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or any other breach of these Terms has occurred.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on ge44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ge44 offers new players a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing welcome bonus winnings, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may not claim any single promotion more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by ge44.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to any other account.
• ge44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used when claiming the bonus.

4.4 VIP Program

ge44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Players are promoted to higher tiers based on their activity and consistency. VIP cashback is paid out weekly and may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

5. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the ge44 platform are operated through SSL encryption and secure servers. Fair play is ensured using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Players may not attempt to alter any outcome determined by the game software.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games through any software, bot, or automated method is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account closure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Exploiting system bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited; any such situation must be reported to ge44 immediately.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to internet disconnection or a technical error, ge44 will determine the outcome based on server logs. This decision will be considered final.

ge44 treats unjustified chargeback requests as a serious violation. In such cases, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and all pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Amendments to Terms

ge44 may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together constitute the entire agreement between ge44 and the player. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by this document.
